Mihai Crasneanu is the founder and CEO of Grey Juice Lab.

Previously, Mihai was the CEO  and founder of glowria, largest independent VOD white label operator in Europe, with more than 4000 VOD titles negotiated with the Major studios (Warner, Sony, Universal, Paramount, etc.), the international providers (BBC, HBO, MTV, Turner, etc.) and local content providers for each country. It operates the Video On Demand service on IPTV (via Set Top Box) and PC (download), such as Neuf Cegetel (#2 ISP in France, 3.5 million subscribers), Fnac (largest French online retailer), Vodafone, Carrefour (4 countries), etc. Glowria is also the largest online DVD rental service (cf Netflix) in France and #2 in Germany, with a library of 25.000 titles.

Prior to creating glowria in 2002, Mihai was VP International for UOL, largest online provider in Brazil. He launched UOL in 7 countries (5 Latin American countries, the USA and Spain), becoming the leading ISP and portal ahead of AOL and Terra. Before joining UOL, Mihai launched Latin America’s first webmail white label platform for clients including Telefónica.  Prior to that, Mihai was an IT consultant for companies such as Intel Europe, TotalFinaElf, Renault, Saint-Gobain and BNP Paribas.

Mihai is a Romanian-born French citizen. He speaks six languages and has a degree in engineering from EFREI (Paris).

Mihai is surrounded by a team of international senior executives with more than 10 years of experience in the field of digital content distribution, television, internet, technology and project management.
